Family Training

Our 17yr. old nephew, Ryan was in town from Evergreen, CO. He's very active playing hockey , ultimate frisbee, running cross country and marathons.

We wanted a fresh face to test out the CompuTrainers and give us input from someone that isn't a cyclist. Here is Ryan warming up before class.

I will spare you the rest of the class details but this guy has some fitness! I'm chalking it up to altitude (my pride:) but the reality of it is he's super fit!

Winter Training Begins for triathletes

A group of local triathletes began winter training at the Speed Shop on this brutally cold and windy Sunday morning.

This athletes will be training together all winter for three hours on

Sunday mornings beginning at 8a.m.
